My Story: From Transformation to Empowerment
A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. At 115 kg, I felt disconnected from my body, struggling with both physical and emotional challenges. But in March 2024, I made a decision—to reclaim my health, strength, and confidence.
With discipline and sustainable habits, I lost over 32 kg, built strength, and rediscovered the joy of movement.
