Welcome to Holistic Wellness by Irina Lopes. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional holistic wellness and massage services at 451 Holderness Rd, Hull, and as mobile visits across the Hull area. Our goal is to provide a calm, safe, and professional environment for all clients. All bookings are subject to availability and our 24-hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to refuse service if health and safety standards are not met.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount. We collect only necessary information to provide safe and effective treatments, including your name, contact details, and relevant health history. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to your records or ask for their deletion at any time. We comply with all UK data protection regulations to ensure your personal information remains confidential.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we operate a firm but fair policy regarding appointments. Your respect for our time allows us to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the session fee.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged the full session fee and may require prepayment for all future bookings.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a refusal of future appointments.
- If the therapist needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered the next available time that suits you, and no fees will be applied.
- We understand that life can be unpredictable; medical emergencies and genuine unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the therapist’s discretion.
5. Payments & Deposits
To provide a structured and professional experience, we require deposits for certain services. This ensures that every session is dedicated to the deep recovery and personal care of our clients.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure certain treatments, with the specific amount depending on the treatment selected.
- The deposit is fully deducted from your final session fee upon completion of the appointment.
- In line with our cancellation policy, deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows.
- Remaining balances are due at the end of your session and can be settled using any of our accepted payment methods in-studio.
- To maintain a respectful energetic balance, any outstanding fees from previous appointments must be settled before new bookings can be confirmed.
- All prices are subject to change; however, any confirmed booking prior to a change will be honoured at the agreed rate.
6. Treatment, Safety & Eligibility
The health and safety of our clients and therapist are our highest priority. To maintain a professional and safe recovery environment, please adhere to the following eligibility guidelines.
- Treatments are not suitable in certain cases such as contagious illness, fever, recent infectious disease, or if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The therapist reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, or if the client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate way.
- Clients must inform the therapist of any changes to their health, medical history, or medication before the start of each session.
- Sessions may be shortened if the client arrives late to ensure following appointments are not delayed, but the full session fee may still apply in line with our cancellation policy.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian and may be required to have a guardian present in the building during the treatment.
- Our practice is strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and may lead to a permanent refusal of future appointments.
